Should Mexico & friends have any say in SB 1070 11 countries seek voice in AZ?

What got me about this is that these dirt bags from south of our border claimed they wanted to make sure that these illegal aliens got their constitutional right protected. They are criminals, illegal aliens, not US citizens so they are NOT covered under our Constitution. The US Constitution was written to cover only the citizens of the US not the world.
