I need help im confused w/ this girl and my chances are running out?

theres this girl, i know her well and she knows me too and ive liked her for awhile but were diff. socailly, shes spanish i am too but she dresses and hangs w/ preps im on the ghetto side got alot of spanish/black friends so at first i didnt really worry about her so weve jsut been frends for while but she always flirted w/ me but it didnt seem like nothin too serious so i shrugged it off she ended up gettin a man and when she dumped him lika month ago i asked her outbut she said sorry i jsut got out of arealitonship but that was nice but i take that as a no its whaeva and usually i just forget the girl not her cant forget her and i always still flirt w/ her but ive noticed somthin everytime she sees me w/ another girl (just like a lil close w/ one or im flirtin) she ignores me and scolds me if i flirt and recently i got suspended from skool for 10 days and when i came back she was lookin at me and i looked back and i heard her say "why do you gotta be so bad" real low cont. on +dtails
