The answer is no bolt ons barely effect your car they free up horse power, first you need to get a different ecu if you do plan on getting a tune because you need a chip like hondata.com to be place before you can get the car tune look at rywire.com for harness from ECU. If you do get cams and valves springs please remeber that the 2.2L H22 is a big motor and dosent like to rev to much past stock limits, if you do get cams and go NA get head work and such.
