A few questions about make up and perfume?

kay so, im going into high school. and i need make a good impression. i was wondering which perfume is better channel no.19 or the pink britney spears. ive heard chanel is nice and i like the britney one or if you have suggestions. also what should i wear for make up? i used to like bright colours but now im more into the pastels. also at the moment i Wear the gosh trio with light pink silver and white. but im running low so when im buying more what should i get. i wear black eyeliner on the bottom... really thin. mascara lip gloss and this shimmer stuff. oh and concealer cause i have bad skin. thanks!
