The Birth of Venus also known as The Triumph of Neptune...?

Botticelli's Birth of Venus can be thought of more than anything a depiction of fantasy. Like many of Botticelli's figures, Venus's body has no real weight to it as it is anatomically physically impossible for her to be standing upright with so much of her weight on her left leg. This, and the vivid, contrasting colors (blue sky and robes, red hair and cloth, the deep dark colors near the bottom) make it a depiction of fantasy rather than real life. Aside from the trees and the skyline, the Birth of Venus consists mostly of curved lines.
