I need advice because im lost :)?

I need advice on what to do w. ths kid I really like , ok so I've liked em since the beggining of the year & he's in my homeroom but never had the to tell em the truth :( so recently I wrote to em on FB & he asked that why don't I talk to him in school but I do on FB , & now he stares & I p by him trying not too look or be seen .. I want to know if he feels the same , Idk how tho , SOMEONE HELP ME
