Missing: System32\Drivers\Ntfs.sys I NEED HELP!?

If there is no CD drive, is there a floppy drive, or flash memory? When was your last system backup? If there was a backup, try System Restore. Have you tried Last Known Good Configuration? One more thing if you have the OS disk, purchase an external disk drive start pressing F12 repeatedly. I am an A+ certified technician.
