Do you think Jeff Garcia will make the new Oakland Raider QB super star look silly at QB position?

Jamarcus RUSSELL is a big, strong guy but I don't see anything that he can do to earn the salary the Raiders paid him. He appears to be a big question mark in the smarts area; he may get choked by the team manager!
