Honeymoon registry..?

I was thinking to have a honeymoon registry, but i have been put off by reading so many people making comments about how rude it is. people saying "if i was invited i would think, why should i pay for your vacation" I think thats just being a tyt ***!! If people are going to think like that then they shouldnt be invited, i mean they WILL have to get the couple a gift anyway and SPEND MONEY! Putting a wedding doesnt come cheap at ALL. People just dont realise how much time, work and money couples put on weddings. YOU might say "well dont spend so much on your wedding" but i say its a once in a life time experience (not to the ones who get divoced) and you want to make it special and memorable for you, your partner and CLOSE family and guests to celebrate your love. Cant guest have SOME sort of consideration to newly wed couples geez!! Im being carefull on who i invite.. only having 60-70 guests.
