We bought a pound of raw frozen shrimp!! Then let it defrost in the fridge, and now my husband didn't cook them tonight-- sooooooo what to do what to do? JUst looked at a chart that says only keep shellfish in your fridge for 1 to 2 days. But it's previously frozen so I can't refreeze it -- soooooo can I cook it then just freeze it for later? I know it won't taste as great but I just don't want to throw them out. :)
