Why dont girls like ending a relationshipp without unanswered questions?

i dont get it... my girlfriend just broke up with me and i loved herr... she breifly explained the situation to me and basically said i was being to protective and i was actin like her ex... i really dont think i was doing any of those and she said she never wants to speak to me again... so i have been trying to askk her what i did wrong and what the full explanition is but she just keeps telling me to leave her alone... it has been killing me and if she would just explain her feelings the heartache wouldnt be as bad... is it really wrong to ask for a clarification?
