Canada had a female head of state. England has the Queen. Ireland had a female head of state. Israel has had a female head of state. Bolivia has an American Indian. Peru had a Japanese head of state. Venezuela has a Black head of state. Egypt has had 3 Black heads of state, Ner, Sadat, Mubarak. Kuwait had King Saad as King, he's as Black as you have. Saudi Arabia has Prince Bandar, who is Black waiting in the wings. America is next.
