What should I do with this guyy?

Theres this guy who added me on facebook, who speaks spanish. I have no idea who he iss. But he keeps talking to me, an I ask him how I know him an he says he doesnt, he just wants to learn more about my culture. I dont really know, but then he said he lives in Venezuela, and has friends in Colorado who know me. I dont know anyone in Colorado, so that was kinda weird. But anyway I deleted him as a friend, But he can still view my profile, cause it isnt private, and I dont really want to make it private. Is there any way to block him?
