I cant stop throwing up?

Hey, so today I woke up because I had to throw up. As soon as I sat up I threw up about 10 to 15 times in a row. I laid back down and went to sleep for just a little bit. I kept getting hot then cold. I sat up and threw up another 10 times. Now im just laying in my bed. My mom hasnt given me any medecine and I havent ate or drank anything yet. I fell on my longboard a few days ago and got really bad road rash , its getting infected and swelled to where I cant really walk. Does this have any relation since my immune system is trying to fight that off? what should I do? Thank you
