Couple of fantasy football questions?

I'm fairly new at this fantasy football and need some help....first off....is Eli Manning injured or is he going to be playing this week? I haven't heard anything. Also, I have a trade proposition and I'm not sure if I should take it: they want Addai for Pennington, M. Furrey and J. Galloway. My two QB's are Manning and Mc Nabb; WR's abd RB's are Javon Walker, A. Green, D. McAllister, S. Moss, C. Taylor, C. Dillon, M. Booker, and M. Bell so my receivers are a little weak but is it worth the trade for Addai?
